After starting the backwash pump and transfer pump, there is no flow in the pipeline

污泵进水口有异物堵塞；

回冲池液位过低；

There is foreign object blocking the inlet of the sewage pump;

The liquid level in the backwash tank is too low;

停机，排查清理

Stop the machine, troubleshooting and clean.

搅拌泵启动后，有异常震动

After starting the mixing pump, there is abnormal vibration

搅拌泵叶轮有异物缠绕或损伤

The impeller of the mixing pump is entangled or damaged by foreign objects

停机，排查清理或联系厂家更换叶轮

Stop the machine, investigate and clean, or contact the manufacturer to replace the impeller

回冲阀关闭不完全

The backwash valve is not fully closed

异物阻塞/缠绕回冲阀；

气路管线漏气，造成回冲阀压力不足；

Foreign object blockage/entanglement backwash valve;

Air leakage in the gas pipeline causes insufficient pressure in the backwash valve;

停机，排查清理异物；

或联系厂家检修气路。

Stop the machine, inspect and clean foreign objects;

Or contact the manufacturer to repair the air circuit.
