运行过程中，不出料，同时也无分离水流出。

1、上料泵阻塞或损坏，管道是否阻塞。

2、粪池物料液位过低。

做好粪池防异物管理。

分离机出料口出粪量少，分离水量正常。

The amount of  discharge from the discharge port of the separator is low, and the separation water volume is normal

1、粪池物料浓度不均匀或物料含固率过低需搅拌均匀。

2、上料泵堵塞或管道堵塞需清理泵或管道。

3、粪池中含固率过高需加水进行稀释并确保均匀。

1. The concentration of the manure tank material is uneven or the solid content of the material is too low, and it needs to be stirred evenly.

2. If the feeding pump is blocked or the pipeline is blocked, it is necessary to clean the pump or pipeline.

2、如绞龙轴、筛网损坏需联系厂商维修更换。

分离机出料口出粪量少或不出料，溢流口水量大

The amount of feces discharged from the discharge port of the separator is low or not discharged, and the amount of water at the overflow port is large

1、粪池物料长时间存放导致发酵粘稠阻塞筛网。

2、有异物阻塞筛网。

1. The long-term storage of manure tank materials has caused fermentation viscosity  and blocked the mesh screen.

2. There is a foreign object blocked the mesh screen.

停机，清洗筛网。

Stop the machine and clean the mesh screen.

分离机出料口出粪量少或不出料，分离水量大。

The amount of feces discharged from the discharge port of the separator is small or not discharged,large amount of separation water.

1、 筛网破损。

2、 粪池物料含固率过低。

1. The mesh screen is damaged.

2. The solid content of the manure tank material is too low.

1、联系厂家更换

2、做好粪池物料管理。

出料口分离出的牛粪含水量过高（或直接喷出），分离水量少。

The moisture content of cow manure separated from the discharge port is too high (or directly sprayed out), separation water volume is low.

1、 筛网长时间未清理，网孔结垢，间隙变小。

2、 绞龙轴或筛网磨损严重，配合间隙过大。

1. The mesh screen has not been cleaned for a long time, causing scaling of the mesh holes and narrowing the mesh screen gaps.

2. The auger shaft or screen mesh is severely worn, and the fit gap is too large.

1、停机，清洗筛网。

2、如绞龙轴、筛网磨损严重，联系厂家维修或更换。

1. Stop the machine and clean the mesh screen.

2. If the auger shaft and mesh screen are severely worn, contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

设备不工作

Equipment not working

检查电线及配电箱是否有断路、短路现象。分离机是否损坏。

Check any open or short circuits in the wires and distribution box, whether the separator damaged.

温馨提示：设备长时间使用后，绞龙轴、筛网因磨损导致配合间隙过大时，可拆下绞龙轴，适当调整叶片中间耐磨胶板的高度，有助于临时改善使用效果。

Reminder: after long-term use of the equipment, if the gap between the auger shaft and mesh screen is too large due to wear, the auger shaft can be removed and the height of the wear-resistant rubber plate in the middle of the blade can be adjusted appropriately, which can help improve the temporary use effect.
